Returns Eligibility
You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
Non-Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you need a different size, color, or a different product, you must return the original item for a refund and then place a new order on our website for the desired product.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- You will receive instructions on where to send the item(s) and any additional details necessary for the return.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged and includes all necessary return details.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
- Refund Amount: The refund will include the cost of the returned item(s), but shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days of receiving the confirmation email:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customservice@ladiesyogawear.com with your order details and a photo of the item. We will arrange for the return and provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or defective. In that case, we will cover the return shipping fees.
